Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our expedited shipping or international shipping options, please note that we are only provided with an estimated delivery time from our carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. FedEx does not consider weekends and holidays as business days. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and pop-up sale dates, some shipments may be delayed.

Same day delivery is available to New York City addresses in Manhattan and select ZIP codes in Brooklyn. Orders must be placed on weekdays (excluding national holidays) before 2pm local time and will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following business day between 1pm and 5pm.

Please be available at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive the package. If no one is available to receive the package, delivery will be re-attempted the following day for an additional $45 fee.

Full-Priced Apparel Items: Full-priced apparel items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Discounted Items: Discounted items that are marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds.

Please be careful when trying on items, as all products must be returned new, unused, and in their original condition. This includes having all garment tags attached and being in the provided polybag. If the goods are returned without the tags attached, not in the polybag, or with any traces of makeup, tan, deodorant, lint, fur, perfume, smoke, body odor, rips, holes, or stains, your return will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned to you.

In other words, please be gentle with the items when you try them on, and avoid getting anything on them that could damage or stain them. If you do get something on an item, please try to clean it off immediately. If you are unable to clean it off, or if the item is otherwise damaged, please do not return it.

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or color? Simply place a new order!

For US Customers:

• A pre-addressed FedEx label will be provided with orders containing full-priced apparel items eligible for return.
• Retain a copy of the tracking number from your label for your records.
• Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.
• If your order contains a mixture of full-price and sale items, has been discounted with a promo code, or has been delivered via same-day service, please email customer service to obtain a return label via email.
• $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used. Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secured shipping carrier method, but we cannot accept liability.

To Initiate a Return Outside of the US:

• Send all eligible items to the address below with a copy of your packing slip enclosed within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments that pass-through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• All international customers are responsible for payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees.
• Refunds may take longer due to shipping times and payment provider processing times.
