Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
It must also be in the original packaging and tags also including the original invoice. SENTIMENTALNY.COM will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Exchanges and Return (if applicable):
We do not offer exchanges outside of the USA, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.(first email us back at SHOP@SENTIMENTALNY.COM and we will follow up)
We only offer exchanges for inside of US:
Exchanges for inside USA: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or to even exchange to a different size.
WE MAKE RETURN SHIPPING EASY!!
Please fill out ALL info on the Merchandise Return Form included in your package explaining the reason for the return, Place returned items inside the box and tape the “Return Shipping Label” on it. (Return Shipping Label is included in original package)
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. SENTIMENTALNY.COM reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at SHOP@SENTIMENTALNY.COMUsually refunds take around 5 to 10 business day to appear on your statement.
Unfortunately we do not offer any gift-wrapping options at this time
Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible. Before holiday weekends, Christmas, and New Years, please allow 14 days for your order to ship to you, even when requesting faster deliveries.
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
USPS or UPS Standard Ground – Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
USPS or UPS 2nd Day – Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
USPS or UPS Next Day Air – Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery
All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary depending on availability.
We are not obligated to ship out orders on Fridays.
Orders for in-stock items made after 12pm (EST) may not be shipped out the same day.
